What's your return policy?

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, we offer a full refund or a replacement. To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@lioramonroe.com.

Eligible for Returns & Refunds:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging

Not Eligible for Returns & Refunds:

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind)

How can I process a return?

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.Once we receive your jewelry, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your request.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after they arrive at our studio.

Once your return has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a refund confirmation email.Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout or as store credit, and usually appear within 7-10 business days.

All refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Can I cancel or edit my order after it's been placed?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at support@lioramonroe.com with your order number within 12 hours of placing it.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I exchange my jewelry for a different size?

Yes, you can exchange your jewelry for a different size. To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@lioramonroe.com with your order details.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost when returning the original item. However, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the new size to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free international shipping to the following countries:

  • Europe: France, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway
  • GCC: United Arab Emirates

How long does it take to receive my order?

Will I get a tracking number?

My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please follow these steps:

  • Check your tracking information to see if there are any updates or delays.
  • Verify the shipping address you provided at checkout.
  • Look around your delivery area and check with neighbors or building staff in case it was delivered nearby.

If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@lioramonroe.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note: Liora Monroe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
